Derek and Holly Atkinson have been a part of the Lawrence Wesleyan Church for the past five years now. Derek is serving as Worship Pastor and they both serve as pastors of college-aged and young adults, or us, 512 Ministries. Holly is also serving as our Director of Children's Ministries. They have been married for four years. Derek plays golf and they both enjoy hanging out and drinking coffee with the 512 Students, taking their dogs Sammy and Tucker on walks, and vicious retro Dr. Mario battles.This year, just before vacationing in South Carolina for their anniversary, Derek and Holly found out that they were going to have a baby girl. They just welcomed their beauitful baby girl, Caroline Mae, into the world on February 4th at 5:32 pm (weighing in at 9 lbs & 7 oz at a height of 21 inches)!
